Chairman and CEO, Interinvest

Hans P. Black has a degree in medicine from McGill University.  He is Chairman and CEO of Interinvest which offers asset management services to individuals and institutions.  In this capacity, he is member of the Montreal Society of Financial Analysts and of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.  He sits on the board of directors of numerous businesses in Québec, Canada, United States and Great Britain.  He is also on the board of many non-profit organizations in Québec, Canada and United States, including the Montréal Heart Institute Foundation, the Montreal Symphonic Orchestra, the National Arts Center and the Washington National Opera.  He has accepted in May 2007, the position of Chairman of the Board of the McGill Chamber Orchestra.
